Harlan Hansen – Harlan was elected to the IDDA board in 2000 and currently services as President.  He has been a member of the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors since 1994.  Activities in which he is active include Midas in Fort Dodge, Region V Hazmat, Humboldt County housing and the county landfill.  He also served as President of the Iowa County Supervisors Association.  He is also active in his church and local rotary club.  Harlan says that “drainage is very important to north central Iowa.  We have to have our voice heard in order to keep the drainage we have and need to keep our land productive.”
