Kenneth Chalstrom – Ken started his service on the IDDA board in 2007.  He has been a member of the Clay County Board of Supervisors since 1994.  He is active in Northwest Iowa Youth Emergency Service Center Board, Emergency Management Agency Board, Clay County Communications Center Board, 3^rd District Judicial Board, Local Emergency Planning Committee Board, Iowa Workforce Development and the Clay County Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board.  He is also active in his church and the Spencer Chamber of Commerce.  Ken’s comment about IDDA and drainage is that “IDDA’s role in helping preserve the rights and privileges of local government and drainage districts has never been more important.  Being a positive force with positive solutions and alternatives has made IDDA an organization that its members can be proud of.”
