Phil Condon – Phil has been on the Webster County Board of Supervisors since 2000 and started his service to IDDA this year.  He is active in the Webster County safety board, Second Judicial, county farm, local empowerment board and is a DNR Animal Feeding Operation contact.  He is also active in his church.  Phil comments that “IDDA is so important to drainage in all of Iowa – wetlands, rivers and lakes.  I think clean water has come a long ways in the past few years and will continue to get better with good management.  IDDA is very important to Iowa.”
